Job Position: Executive Director - Crossings Community Clinics
(Position Description - full-time, salaried, exempt,
administration, and at-will)

Scope of Position:
The Executive Director (Director) will embrace the mission of
Crossings Community Clinic (Clinic), which offers multi-site
charitable healthcare clinics providing a limited scope of care to
adults who are uninsured. The Director is responsible for providing
overall leadership and management of the Clinics. The Director
works with the leadership of Crossings Community Church (CCC) and
the Clinic Board of Directors to ensure high-quality care for our
diverse and growing patient population base and enriching
experiences with a large cadre of volunteers to deepen their
Christian walk.
This position is hired through Crossings Community Church.
Organizational Relationships:
The following staff/volunteer positions and functions report to the
Director: Medical and Dental Directors, Operations Manager/Site
Mangers, Case Manager, Dental Coordinator/Staff, Contracted
Services (Information Technology (IT), Financial, Security, medical
equipment, lab, etc.), and the Prayer Ministry teams.
The Director serves as a liaison with the Crossings support
departments, which includes IT, Facilities, Financial, Human
Resources, Grounds, and Communications.
The Director collaborates with the Crossings Community Center
Director on strategic planning and operations in outreach efforts,
which occur in northwest OKC location.
The Director will attend Crossings Community Church.
The Director reports to the Executive Pastor of Missions Ministries
at Crossings Community Church in conjunction with the Clinic Board
of Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership in strategic planning, program objectives,
supervision and accountability for ministry and business operations
and administrative policies and procedures.
- Oversees the volunteer development plan.
- Oversees and monitors clinic services quality improvement plan
that supports the program goals.
- Assures organizational compliance with all applicable federal,
state and local laws, regulations, policies and conditions of grant
awards.
- Ensures tracking of necessary data in order to capture relevant
statistical information on all aspects of the clinic's operation;
maintains and provides administrative reports to Board of
Directors.
- Plans and leads various aspects of Clinic personnel
management:
- Provides hiring, termination and supervision for
personnel.
- Reviews and updates annually or as needed personnel policies
and procedures, compensation plan, benefits, performance evaluation
system, staff development, etc.
- Serves as the Administrative liaison to the Board of Directors,
preparing agenda and attending quarterly Board and on call
meetings.
- Coordinates educational offerings.
- Prepares standing reports and ensures Clinic Board acts in
accordance with Board By-Laws.
- Organizes and directs the strategic plans for fiscal
development and financial integrity.
- Prepares and presents the annual Clinic budget.
- Collaborates with Treasurer to ensure practice compliance with
policies and procedures related to financial management.
- Assists with annual audit as needed.
- Leads in fundraising and participates with the Board in
developing fundraising strategies.
- Uses external presence and relationships to garner new
opportunities.
- Identifies and cultivates appropriate potential funders and
leads grant writing efforts.
- Writes personal letters of appreciation to donors acknowledging
their gifts.
- Serves as the point person for the Clinic in terms of
communication flow.
- Oversees the development of all aspects of communications from
web presence to external relations.
- Participates meaningfully in local community activities,
groups, meeting so that Crossings Community Clinic's presence is in
the community and develop partnerships to promote the mission of
Crossings Community Clinic.
- Keeps the clinic, church staff and public informed of the
clinic as completely and truthfully as possible.
- Serves as the contact person for all media inquiries.
- Provides coordination of any media or special events.
- Is involved in the community life and affairs of Crossings
Community Clinic and Crossings Community Church.
- Facilitates the spiritual growth of clinic employees and
volunteers.
- Advances patient spiritual care.
- Invests time with clinic team members and the church
family.
- Assist in maintaining the highest possible ministry standards
and professional ethics in accordance with the goals, Purpose
Statement, and Core Values of Crossings Community Church.
- Support the leadership of CCC, contributing to the spirit of
unity among the staff and congregation.
- Represent CCC in civic and ministry-related efforts as
approved.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned to fulfill the
position.

- Has the ability for a flexible schedule, as some evenings and
weekend hours may be required.
Spiritual Gifts
A mature walk with Christ exhibiting some combination of the
following spiritual gifts: administration/organization, leadership,
wisdom, discernment, shepherding, service/helps, hospitality,
creativity and encouragement.
Education and Experience:
- At least 5-7 years progressive management experience with at
least three (3) years demonstrated leadership responsibility in
upper management.
- Master's degree in business or healthcare related field
preferred.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors
preferred.
- Attends Crossings on a consistent basis to understand the
culture, mission, and vision.
