The INTEGRIS NurseResidency Program expands beyond orientation to assist the new RN graduate withmaking a smooth transition from student to professional member of a healthcareteam. Participants receive classroom instruction and hands-on clinicalexperience under the mentor-ship of an experienced RN. Upon passing the NCLEX Nurse Resident willbe moved into the RN position, job code 1391. Demotion to another entry level position will be required if the NCLEX exam is not passed within this time or after the 2nd attempt.
