The Program Manager serves as a resource to Leadership assisting with analytics, strategic planning, business development and operational support. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Program Manager to join our Human Resources team. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing HR programs and initiatives to support the organization's strategic objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR practices and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support as assigned to Leadership for special projects / initiatives in their areas of responsibilities.
  • Champions the ongoing design, redesign and improvement of operational processes to enhance organization success.
  • Supports clinical, operational, service, and team excellence initiatives as assigned Reports to assigned SVP.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to identify, develop, and implement strategic HR programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the design, planning, and execution of HR programs, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor program performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Drive HR initiatives across the organization and works closely with HR leaders and Business Partners to embed HR programs into policies, and practices.
  • Ensure HR programs and initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance, to ensure alignment and integration of HR programs with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate program updates, milestones, and outcomes to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources related discipline, management, or business required, master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (3 years) in program management within a human resources function.
    • Previous work experience within a healthcare field is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws or demonstrated learning agility and ability to quickly gain knowledge and grasp complex employment issues.
    • Ability to analyze data and trends and draw meaningful insights for HR decision making and problem solving.
    • Proficient in using various software tools and applications, such as Excel, Power BI, or HRIS systems, to collect, organize, and visualize HR data.
    • Experience in conducting research, benchmarking, and surveys to identify best practices and industry standards in HR.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
