Compensation:



--- 10% Commissions + Competitive Draw for 60 days based on Profile

Responsibilities:
--- Generate revenue by securing at least 8 new homeowners each month using our unique marketing strategy
--- Maintain and optimize our state-of-the-art CRM system
--- Ensure consistent attainment of company metrics
--- Participate in daily team meetings at 11 AM and 4:45 PM CST
--- Complete daily tasks such as 60 dial attempts, 2+ hours of talk time, making 3 offers, and securing 1 signed contract

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record
--- Strong phone skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and gain trust
--- High emotional intelligence and resilience
--- Self-motivated and able to maintain performance without supervision
--- Knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous but not required
--- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
--- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
--- +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
