Summary:
The Content, Safety, and Integrity team in Meta's Legal Department is looking for an experienced Program Manager to own and drive business process and legal technology related projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing and de-conflicting executive demands in a high demand and tight timelines environment. This person will be responsible for engaging a multitude of stakeholders both in and outside of Meta's legal department to formulate and drive the execution of cutting edge technical solutions to an array of emerging problems. They will collaborate with legal subject matter experts, engineering teams, third party vendors, and cross-functional partners to provide tools and services that will increase efficiency and improve the productivity of users in our Legal department and the business teams they work with. This role allows for a high degree of ownership of the solutions you launch and the ability to make positive change every day.
Required Skills:
Program Manager, Legal Responsibilities:

• 
  Act as primary Program Manager supporting product development and/or compliance initiatives including: internal/external audit, regulatory reporting, and requests for information from regulatory agencies

  Manage multiple programs including planning, coordinating with cross functional teams, tracking status, communicating to key stakeholders, and creating the appropriate program documents
  
  
• 
  Build standardized playbooks and processes for identifying and closing gaps for new products, regulation, external audits and compliance, verticals, countries etc.
  
  
• 
  Operate independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results at a large scale
  
  
  Minimum Qualifications:

  5+ years of program and/or project management or similar experience
  
  
• 
  B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent project or program management experience
  
  
• 
  Experience at a large consulting firm
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated results in a highly regulated environment

  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  Experience with internal/external audits

  Program Management experience supporting product development and/or regulatory and compliance initiatives

  Experience influencing and driving alignment amongst a wide stakeholder base, including: senior leaders, peers, technical, and non-technical stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Product, Eng, Policy, and Ops.

  $111,000/year to $160,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
