Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, passionate, Sales and Service professional to join our team in Oklahoma City. As part of the team, you will oversee the customer service operations of the office, from providing top-notch services to overseeing the development of customer service and sales initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our retention and new business sales while developing leadership skills. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
--- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
--- Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
--- Develop and implement customer service training and customer service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
--- In-depth knowledge of customer service best practices
--- Experience in an inbound sales call and customer service management
--- Proficient in CRM and other related software
--- US work authorization and valid driver's license
