Job Description:

Base salary of $55,000 to $70,000 (depending on experience). -Potential yearly Bonus: $13,000 ($1,000 per period) cash, plus $26,000 deferred.QUALIFICATIONS

• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
• Proven track record of successfully promoting team members
• Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisionsA DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Competent in all FOH & BOH positions
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH
  • Responsible for Same Store Sales growth
  • Accountable for line speed and transaction times
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service matters
  • Handle the execution of quality food by following proper procedures and Mo' Bettahs standards
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo' Bettahs culture
