Job Description:
Telforce is looking for a new Director, Network Operations
Center (NOC)
Office is out of the Oklahoma City area. If not local, negotiated
relocation package will be approved for chosen candidate.
Pay is commensurate with overall background and experience.
Responsible for the overall performance and availability of the
network.
Analyzes network and recommends upgrades/changes; assesses
organization's current and future network needs.
Eight (8) years working experience in an operations environment
Familiarity with key tools including ticketing, fault monitoring,
dashboard, and reporting tools
Experience working in Microsoft Project, Jira and/or other project
management tools
At least 5 years of managerial experience
