Position Description:
The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Insurance Group
Executive, leading Businessto-Business (B2B) Demand Generation and
Marketing Funnel Optimization. This is a broad B2B Senior Marketing
role with an objective to generating qualified sales opportunities
which drive new and expansion revenue through high-performing
marketing activities including campaigns, events, and client
communications.
The Senior Marketing Manager will also oversee all other areas
related to B2C Marketing, through supporting field sales
representatives with educational and creative content focused on
client growth and retention.

Position Responsibilities:
- Builds, optimizes, executes, and manages integrated campaigns
including audience segmentation and targeting, campaign execution,
tracking response, follow up, reporting and analysis.
- Leverages intent data, social media, email, direct mail,
advertising and events to reach and acquire new target buyers at
the right time by generating MQLs to meet targets and nurture leads
to warm status.
Nurture and manage existing customers, driving up adoption, revenue
and retention to maximize engagement.(converting that traffic into
new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads into sales
conversations)
Leads all email marketing efforts; The days of full blasts and
spamming are over. This position must understand the right types of
content to send to the right people at the right time, both for
lead nurturing and to boost the sharing and forwarding of our
content-driven emails.
- Builds and manages the companys social media profiles and
presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and potentially
additional channels. Internal champion for our field sales reps to
adopt and use social media.
Regularly Creates content marketing resources drive leads,
subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples
include blog posts, guides, infographics, etc.)
Optimize our marketing automation (HubSpot) and lead nurturing
processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Build, maintain and optimize baseline sales decks and other
sales tools using constant feedback and collaboration with
leadership team
- Regularly explore new channels and tactics to drive cost
effectiveness and reach to target audiences.
- Work with our awesome agency owners to create case studies and
customer success stories and sales enablement content for
prospective agency partners.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Skill and Ability Requirements

- The ability to plan campaigns and execute at tactical and
detailed levels
- Excellent communication and networking skills with a strong
sense of teamwork and an ability to deal with stakeholders at
varying levels of seniority
- Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce (or similar)
required
- Willingness to continue developing marketing knowledge and
skills, to stay up-to date with the latest industry tools and
tactics
- A positive and proactive attitude with results driven mindset,
with the energy and resilience to make things happen
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and
prioritize work effectively
- Digital marketing platforms and channels, awareness of the
latest ad formats available and tactics for pushing campaigns into
market
- Multi-channel campaign management across digital and offline
channels (print, DM, email, social, sales, websites, SEM/PPC, SEO,
display, content marketing)
- Proficiency in effectively managing multiple projects
simultaneously
Knowledge Requirements -
- Bachelors Degree in Associated Field Required
- 3-5 Years B2C Marketing
- 3-5 Years Proven B2B Demand Generation Marketing Experience
with a thorough understanding of what defines the marketing
funnel
- Experience using HubSpot (Marketing Automation, Content
Optimization, Workflows, Smart Lists, Social scheduling,
etc.)
- Experience with our marketing stack (HubSpot, Canva, Google My
Business, YEXT, Meta Business Manager, and Google
Analytics)
- Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or
product marketing
- Experience in and proven track record in developing the
operational backbone and managing multi-touch, integrated marketing
campaigns within the digital environment
- Demonstrated ability to consistently orchestrate, prioritize,
and manage multiple projects, from concept through
implementation
