Manages all phases of aircraft maintenance on each PDM aircraft
from induction to delivery. Responsible for schedule and technical
performance of Programed Depot Maintenance (PDM) aircraft.
Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
Coordinates the preparation of each aircraft through the various
cost centers. Acts as primary customer contact for program
activities, leading program review sessions with customer to
discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance that concern each
aircraft. As a leader, you always act with integrity, and the

Responsibilities include:
Cost, schedule, and technical performance for all training aspects
of program performance on a EMD-type contract.
Provide weekly status and reporting
Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically
integrated
Able to present to all levels of leadership and customers
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Advance knowledge of ISD principals and process
Ability to communicate with influence and impact, effectively
conveying insights, a clear point of view and recommendations in
ways that inspire action and advance business strategy.
Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include
extended shifts, holidays, weekends and support on-call status when
necessary.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work
environment with high expectations, significantly diverse
assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.
Candidate must possess strong customer interface, presentation and
communication skills. The manager will be responsible for defining
and implementing optimum support concepts that will ensure
effective integration with program schedules and budgets.
Basic Qualifications:
15 + years of professional/military Aviation Management experience
to include a background in Quality Maintenance concepts.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret
clearance
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program
(SAP) clearance.
Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of IPT/Program Management processes
(project planning and scheduling, cost control, change control,
staffing, coordination and oversight of technical work effort and
risk and opportunity management.

Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all
levels across the organization with a high capacity for influence,
collaboration, and consensus-building
Strong critical thinking skills to identify interdependencies
between issues, data, and outcomes; clear understanding of how
moving pieces come together to build the big picture
Active DoD Secret
Aviation and Aerospace Technical Training supervisory
experience
Ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) Clearance
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,00
Salary Range: $100,000 USD - $150,000 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
