Heres how our pay works: Shift Managers & Assistant Managers earn $10.25 - $12.25/hr. + bonuses.Shift Managers average $20k-$30K per year, GMs average $60k - $70K per year.
Managements expectations are: reliable, honest, lead by example, Lead others, available to work 40 50 hour per week1 - 3 years of management experience. * At least 18 years old * Must have active ServSafe Certificate. * Meet Image standards. * Must have a valid drivers license * Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, which will include nights, weekends, as emergencies arise, and to open and/or close the store. * Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving. * Flexible working hours; requires working weekends, days, and evenings. * Constant working with the public and employees in a high-volume environment. * Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
