Corporate legal and insurance claims departments trust our innovative technology and end-to-end customer experience to drive world-class business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account managementDevelop sales strategy for prospects and assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the sales cycleCommunicate with customers with regards to any account problems and discuss customer concerns and suggestionsNegotiate service/product terms with customers in line with guidelinesReport suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support teamMay handle add-on sales for clientsKey RequirementsBachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience5+ years working in Account Management or Sales or other equivalent experienceSolid understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market, preferably with a reputation for providing a level of expert knowledge within your industryExcellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skillsAbility to manage own territory/account and monitor resources accordinglyTravel expectations: up to 40%The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job.
