Areas of Interest: Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service Primary Location: Oklahoma City OK Alternate Locations Atlanta, GA Remote Job Description The Wholesale Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing product sale and market share with assigned accounts within an assigned territory. Develops and manages independent representative organizations and provides monthly reports to reps and upper management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE WHOLESALE SALES MANAGER

  • The Wholesale Sales Manager plays an integral role in assuring 5 Core Values - Do the Right Thing, Adaptability, Accountability, Drive to Excellence, Seek Simplicity are effectively managed for the brand.
  • Completes sales to achieve corporate goals, objectives and plans. Seek new opportunities and maintain current relationships.
  • Coordinates and attends trade shows, distributor events and seminars.
  • Participates in pricing negotiations and purchasing bids and contracts .
  • Achieves continual sales and profit growth within the assigned territory
  • Researches and reports competitive threats and provides recommendations on how to respond. Provides input to assist in steering product development to the marketplace and toward customers' needs and opportunities.
  • Provides short- and long-term product forecasts to meet sales objectives
  • Analyzes market segments to identify marketplace needs, competitive positioning, market drivers, technology trends, market size, and sub-segments.
  • Inputs relevant information into the CRM software to track progress, including written reports concerning dealer, distributor, end user, and competitor information.
  • Develops and manages the distribution footprint and independent representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Able to function independently and determine daily activities required to meet objectives.
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE WHOLESALE SALES MANAGER

      • Strong business and analytical skills.
      • The Wholesale Sales Manager works effectively leading cross functional teams including both technical and commercial resources.
      • Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
      • Identifies the underlying principles, reasons, facts, or information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
      • Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization.
      • Maintains confidentiality and uses discretion with business information.
      • Reads and understands documents such as manuals, digital dashboards, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
      • Writes routine reports and correspondence.
      • Utilizes common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
      • Deals with problems involving several known variables in situations of routine nature.
      • Plans the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of operation.
      • Frequently makes decisions of both minor and major importance, which may affect the work operations of other employees and/or clientele to a moderate degree.
      • Completes some moderately repetitive tasks.
      • Uses complex and noncomplex machines and equipment.
      • Knows arithmetic, algebra, spreadsheet functionality and their applications.
      • Comfortable with NetSuite and related applications.
      • Requires up to 70% travel. Education and Experience
        • Bachelor's degree in business, business management or a related field preferred
