Job Description:

The Manager of Talent Partners will oversee a team of talent partners who work closely with key stakeholders on the creation and implementation of Talent and Organizational Development (OD) solutions. Leveraging talent analytics and best practices, this individual will create the strategy for deploying talent management, employee engagement, training, and organizational development initiatives across all business units.

  • Manages a team of talent partners who work directly with business leaders and other stakeholders in diagnosing and deploying a wide variety of talent and organizational development solutions while overseeing training administration and coordination, deployment of learning journeys and training facilitation.
  • Aligns talent strategies to business strategy; measures and realizes business impact.
  • Utilizes analytics to implement and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiencies of programs; makes recommendations for strategic changes that drive desired business outcomes.
  • Collaborates with HR Business Services and L&D leadership to schedule, prioritize and align all talent management related work with the client and/or end user in mind.
  • Participates in Talent and OD strategic planning and executes plans through annual planning and performance cycle.
  • Ensures integrity, consistent practices and effective implementation of regulatory, company and HR policies, practices and programs.
  • Monitors talent development budget, supporting the financial goals of the company while maintaining fiscal responsibility in all areas.
  • Influences and supports large-scale change management efforts.
  • Facilitates training and development workshops as needed.MINIMUM BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelors degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources/Organizational Development Behavior/Training or a related field
    • Coaching, OD, learning or HR certification preferredExperience Required:
      • 5-7 years of progressive experience in training, leadership development or talent management
      • 2+ years of management experienceKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:
        • Proven success in coaching, developing and motivating others
        • Ability to prioritize and direct the work of experienced professionals
        • Prior experience in Organizational Development, Training & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management or as an HR Business Partner
        • Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
        • Previous training facilitation and presentation experience
        • Experience creating PowerPoint, using audio/video to create leadership training content
        • Demonstrates knowledge of HR practices, employee engagement, and training delivery
        • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Outlook
        • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Professional classroom and instructional presence
        • Basic knowledge and understanding of the classroom facilitation and coaching methodologies
        • Strong ability to build relationships with leaders
        • Proven success with utilizing feedback and direction to modify goals and projects
