CFS Brands is seeking to hire a Director, Commercial Excellence
reporting to the lead of the Commercial Excellence and Commercial
Integration Team. This position is responsible for achieving growth
targets for sales and vitality across the CFS sales team leveraging
the CFS Commercial System.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
*Grow sales 10% per year in sales segment(s) assigned.
*Drive structure and growth from ambiguity and create value from
*Deploy the CFS Brands Commercial System across sales team.
*Be well versed in executing a plan-do-check-act cadence against

Bachelor's Degree with quantitative, analytic concentration,
Master's in Business Administration required.
Minimum 7 years' experience demonstrating success in commercially
facing engineering, product or project management roles or in
similar consulting roles.
Experience in leadership positions with influence across
departments and creating value on high impact projects and
Experience with excel modeling, expert level in Microsoft Excel,
Experience deploying a Lean based business system, preferred.
