Scrubs and Beyond, a well-known healthcare apparel company seeks an energetic and motivated individual to become a part of our rapidly growing team as the Store Manager at our Riverdale Village location in Coon Rapids, Mn. Store Manager Responsibilities: The Store Manager is accountable for the overall operation of the business from driving results for in store sales and outside sales Implementing, and maintaining the outside sales business by developing new business both inside and outside business Operational standards are in compliance with company procedures Hold accountability for overall store sales performance as well as development and supervision of the store staff Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards Achieve sales plan as well as maintaining an enjoyable shopping experience for the customer Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Drive sales to meet or exceed the sales plan Provide Excellent Customer Service to all customers Achieve Weekly Payroll Goals Recruit, train, and develop sales staff Monitor staff training, selling, and register and customer service skills Maintain optimal store staffing levels Promptly and accurately complete all paperwork Develop and maintain all outside sales business to meet or exceed sales plan Comply with the merchandising guideline presentation Attain store shrinkage goals and implement action plans Comply with loss prevention policies Communicate regularly with immediate supervisor Store Manager Qualifications: Excellent communication & listening skills Demonstrate strong leadership skills Work well with others and give direction while maintaining integrity Maintain a positive attitude, patience in a supportive environment Attention to detail, excellent time management skills Ability to cold call, proven track record of selling ability Strong Organizational and follow up skills Basic Computer Skills Interface with Regional Manager and Director of Store Operations as well as Home office personnel (Accounting, Human Resources, Merchandising, and IT) This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefit package that includes a base salary with monthly and yearly bonus potential.
