you ready to go beyond? The F135 HMC Quality team is seeking a
highly talented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team.
The F135 HMC performs Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of the F135
Engine in a public / private partnership with the US Air Force.
What You Will Do: The selected candidate must be able to work
closely with Quality Inspectors, Process & Methods Engineers,
Operations Team to support MRO Operations. Demonstrate a high level
of customer focus, business judgment and teamwork. Demonstrated
ability to interface and lead cross functional teams. Communicate
with various levels of management, business partners and supply
base. Collect and analyze data to minimize workflow disruptions and
eliminate nonconformances/escapes. Lead the investigation of
quality related work stops and turn-backs using Quality Improvement
tools such as Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Process
Analysis support and facilitate investigations to determine root
cause and corrective actions while preventing future recurrence.

process, and product audits. Assist 3rd Party Audits as required.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase organizational
efficiency and effectiveness. Generate and modify applicable
Quality System documentation to ensure processes and requirements
are clearly defined. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s
Degree in a technical discipline or business field or relevant
experience required and 8 years of Quality Assurance and/or related
experience, or Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years of
Quality Assurance and/or related experience. This is an onsite
position working at our Midwest City, Oklahoma location. Ability to
obtain a US Government security clearance. Travel up to 10%. MS
Office proficiency: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required Experience
with AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems. Qualifications We Prefer:
Knowledge, proficiency in quality tools such as PFMEA, DFMEA,
GR&R, GD&T elements, etc. Practical CORE/Six Sigma
experience or Lean Systems experience a plus. Experience in ERP
systems such as SAP and Solumina. High energy, dynamic individual
who strives for continuous improvement. Jet Engine

salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
