motivated Materials Senior Manager to lead a team of Material
Analysts and logistics providers at the Heavy Maintenance Center
(HMC) in Oklahoma City. This position will play a critical role in
ensuring that material and logistics operations seamlessly support
HMC production requirements. The selected candidate will oversee
the management and tracking of parts, launch repair parts, resolve
shortages, prioritize logistics and kitting, and address
SAP-related issues to meet production schedules. Reporting directly
to the Associate Director of OKC Materials. Travel may be required
with advanced notice. Flexibility to support non-standard shifts as
needed to meet business objectives. Commitment to Environmental,
Health, and Safety (EH&S) policies, procedures, and training,
as well as active participation in EH&S committees and
initiatives. What You Will Do: Lead and supervise a team of
Material Analysts, team leads, and third-party logistics (3PL)
contractors to ensure the timely delivery of parts. Manage talent
development and performance of team members and analyze materials
and logistics performance, revising plans as needed to maintain
efficiency and meet goals. Collaborate with HMC Operations
Production Managers and other staff to adapt to dynamic conditions
and meet business objectives with LPM team members and item
managers to ensure material availability and supportability. Track
and report on materials shortages, providing actionable insights
and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve gaps and assist in
defining, standardizing, and implementing materials management
processes within the HMC. Guide initiatives, events, and training
programs to enhance the materials organization and support Cell and
Site CORE objectives. Coordinate and prioritize activities with
third-party logistics providers to align with cost, performance,
and schedule requirements. Oversee material coordination with other
depots and execute PO approvals for Attachment 10 materials,
including inventory cost analysis. Qualifications You Must Have :
Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of materials, logistics, or
production management experience, or Advanced Degree with 7 years
of materials, logistics, or production management experience.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional
teams to achieve results. Strong self-management skills with
minimal supervision on a variety of complex tasks. Qualifications
We Prefer : Prior experience in an aerospace Maintenance, Repair,
and Overhaul (MRO) environment Hands-on experience with SAP,
including entering transactions and generating reports. Familiarity
with tools such as QLIK, Dome, Tableau, PowerBi, Addverb
automation, and Kinexon material tracking systems. Learn More &

hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD -
251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
