is looking for Bombers Flight Test & Evaluation Engineers to join
our team in Oklahoma City, OK. We are seeking a Flight Test
Engineer to join our bomber flight test team and play a key role in
sustaining and modernizing some of the world’s most capable bomber
platforms. In this high-impact role you will plan and execute
flight test programs, collaborate with cross-functional engineering
and aircrew teams, and help validate cutting-edge upgrades and
mission-critical systems—gaining hands-on experience with advanced
avionics, propulsion, and weapons integration. The ideal candidate
brings strong aeronautical engineering expertise, a disciplined
approach to risk management, and a passion for innovation, eager to
contribute to exciting modernization efforts that enhance readiness
and extend the service life of iconic bomber aircraft within a
secure, mission-focused environment. Our teams are currently hiring
for a broad range of experience levels including Associate,
Experienced and Lead Level Bombers Flight Test & Evaluation
Engineers. Position Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute
aircraft ground and flight test activities in support of
developmental, certification, or operational test programs Develop
and author flight test plans, test procedures, test cards, and test
reports, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory
requirements Support real-time test operations, including test
conduct, data assessment, and anomaly resolution during ground, and
flight test events Collaborate closely with pilots, maintenance,
instrumentation, safety, systems engineering, and program
leadership to ensure safe and effective test execution Participate
and lead test readiness reviews (TRRs), safety reviews, and post
test reviews, identifying risks, mitigations, and lessons learned
Troubleshoot and resolve test issues and anomalies, coordinating
with engineering and program stakeholders to drive timely
resolution Ensure adherence to configuration management, test
discipline, and procedural compliance throughout all phases of
testing Support multiple test programs or test phases
simultaneously, balancing priorities in a dynamic test environment
Interface with customers, regulatory authorities, or external
partners as required during test planning, execution, and reporting
Promote and model a strong safety culture, emphasizing hazard
identification, risk management, and continuous improvement Support
on-site and off-site test operations including travel to test
locations, production facilities, or operational bases as required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of
Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including
Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science,
Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
directly related to the work statement 1 years of experience in
ground and/or flight test environments 1 years of experience
creating and documenting test plans/procedures, executing tests,
analyzing results, and/or creating test reports Willing and able to
travel up to 25% domestically Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Level 3 : 3 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4 : 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience Active U.S. Security
Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
Experience supporting aircraft or major system systems such as
avionics, flight controls, propulsion, structures, environmental
systems, or mission systems Familiarity with flight test
instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and post-flight data
analysis tools Knowledge of aircraft certification and regulatory
processes, including familiarity with FAA, military, or customer
certification requirements e, g., FAA, USAF, EASA) Experience
working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with pilots,
maintenance, instrumentation, safety, systems engineering, and
program management Strong technical writing and communication
skills, with experience authoring test plans, procedures, test
reports, and briefing materials Familiarly with systems engineering
principles, including requirements verification and validation
(V&V), configuration management, and change control Drug Free

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range for
Associate (Level 2): $79,050 – $106,950 Summary Pay Range for
Experienced (Level 3): $96,050 – $129,950 Summary Pay Range for
Lead (Level 4): $118,150 – $159,850 Language Requirements: Not
