has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Multi-Family Manager
(Level K) to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma .
This is for a K level over the B52 Radar Modernization Program
(RMP) Supply Chain Team. This position will be responsible for a
team of procurement agents, procurement analysts, supplier business
managers, and supplier program manager to ensure quality parts are
delivered to the program on time and within budget. Support may
also be needed on the B52 Commercial Re-Engine Program (CERP) and
Bombers Mods and Upgrades. Position Responsibilities: Acts as an
authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing
all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company
resources through contracts and agreements Manages employees from
multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing
activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in
support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance
improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management
and processes Develops and executes project and process plans,
implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical
management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and
maintains relationships and partnerships with customers,
stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight
and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related
tools Manages, develops and motivates employees This position is
expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required
to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position
is for 1st shift. This position must meet export control compliance
requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a
“U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S.
Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee,
or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): More
than 5 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager,
project manager, team lead, etc. More than 5 years of experience
demonstrating people management skills to include coaching,
teaching, mentoring Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher More than 5 years
of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
More than 5 years of experience in negotiating contracts or
managing supplier performance More than 5 years of experience
managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services Typical
Education/Experience: Typically 10 or more years’ related work
experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g.
Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Relocation:

Summary pay range: $107,100 - $132,300 Applications for this
