you ready to go beyond? As the Investigation Lead, you will be at
the forefront of ensuring robust root cause analysis (RCCA) and
driving quality excellence across the organization. You will
coordinate and lead the Escape Management Process, coach cross
functional teams, and foster collaboration across various
stakeholders to deliver high impact solutions. This role is pivotal
in maintaining the integrity of our quality systems and ensuring
the highest standards of operational performance. We are looking

RCCA. This role offers specialized training, cross functional
exposure, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our
Military Engine Sustainment Operations. What You Will Do: Oversee
site Escape Management process, including root cause analysis
(RCCA), population bounding, and leading cross functional
investigations. Drive timely and effective escape resolutions
through team accountability and collaboration. Facilitate and coach
Problem Resolution Teams (PRTs) with specialized training. Enhance
organizational RCCA proficiency and serve as a root cause analysis
SME. Maintain CORE discipline, certifications. Lead the
implementation of HMC Quality Clinics and maintain Quality Clinic
metrics. Collaborate with Inspectors, PME, and Ops teams to resolve
day-to-day issues. Collect and analyze data to minimize disruptions
and eliminate nonconformances. Review FAIs, lead audits, and assist
with 3rd-party audits. Implement continuous improvement initiatives
and update QMS documentation. Communicate with leadership, business
partners, and suppliers. Lead quality investigations, RCCA
activities, and population bounding efforts. Qualifications You
Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in technical field required (e.g.,
Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) and minimum 8 years prior
relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and
minimum 5 years experience. Familiarity with the 8D investigation
process is required. Qualifications We Prefer: Certification in
RedX / 6 Sigma / similar data driven problem solving approach
preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
experience in RCCA methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, Fault
Tree Analysis). Familiarity with quality systems, escape management
processes, and regulatory requirements. Results focused on work
ethics to resolve issues in a timely manner RTX CORE Champion
certification or willingness to achieve certification within 12

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily
onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as
they are essential to the development of our engines. For onsite
roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s
personal responsibility. As part of our commitment to maintaining a

locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site,
hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD -
204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
