About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. Earn up to $30.00 per hour depending on experience and six (6) pay checks a month when bonus is included. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and vehicles. You will work closely with our team of mechanics to ensure that all vehicles are running efficiently and safely. Your expertise in diesel engines will be crucial in ensuring that our fleet is always in top condition. This is a full-time, first-shift position with a bi-weekly bonus, competitive compensation and benefits packages. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a diesel technician training programAt least 2 years of experience as a diesel technicianStrong knowledge of diesel engine repair and maintenanceAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsExcellent problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications: Experience with computer diagnostic toolsExperience with heavy-duty diesel enginesResponsibilities: Diagnose and repair diesel engines and vehiclesPerform routine maintenance on diesel engines and vehiclesCollaborate with other mechanics to ensure efficient and safe operation of our fleetMaintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performedStay up to date with the latest diesel engine technology and repair techniquesSkills: As a Diesel Technician, you will use your expertise in diesel engine repair and maintenance to diagnose and repair diesel engines and vehicles. You will also use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and find solutions. Your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics will be crucial in performing routine maintenance and repairs. Additionally, your knowledge of the latest diesel engine technology and repair techniques will ensure that our fleet is always running efficiently and safely. Finally, your experience with computer diagnostic tools and heavy-duty diesel engines will be beneficial in this role.
