A project engineer oversees various technical aspects of a
construction project, including planning, coordination, and
implementation. They work closely with project managers,
architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution,
adherence to specifications, and timely completion within budget

firm specializing in retail, restaurants, medical, PEMB and office
projects both ground up and renovation type builds. This firm has

cohesive office enviorment.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of
the Project Engineer:* Assure all projects are built to drawings
and specification* Handle the distribution and coordination of all
RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders* Assure all materials orders are
executed* Daily project paperwork* Maintaining schedule and meet
deadlines* Maintain work flow and strong relations with subs*
Maintain and organize field documents ( Drawings, specifications,
etc )* Coordinate subcontractors* Partake and actively participate
in company training sessionsProfileSuccessful Project Engineer
requires:* Degree in Construction Management or related degree* 1+
year of General Contracting experience* Experienced in commercial
or multifamily projects* Strong written and verbal communication*
Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and take on more
