Key Responsibilities:

  The IT Lead will be part of the Application Integration Chapter in the HPT (High Performance Team) model, with responsibility to design and deliver Non functional requirements including the logging, error handling, reconciliation, observability frameworks, automation solutions in the space of MuleSoft based application integration.
  
  
• 
  The IT Lead will also be part of a product squad responsible to deliver the integration functional requirements to the business using the best practices defined by the Chapter.
  
  
• 
  They will be supervising a number of engineers (external) across the globe and is accountable for the quality delivery, performance and availability of the integrations in the scope of the program(s)/deployments.
  
  
• 
  The successful candidate will work with the members of various teams including Integration Platform, ERP technology, Supply Chain Integration Architecture, Quality & Compliance, Information Security and system integrator teams to deliver high quality solutions at efficient cost
  
  
  Qualifications
  Education:
  
  • 
    
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in information technology related fields is required.
    
    Experience and Skills:
    Required:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Minimum 5 years of validated IT experience with confirmed delivery
      
      
    • 
      Minimum 2 years of application integration experience
      
      
    • 
      Hands on experience implementing integrations
      
      
    • 
      Agile Methodology
      
      
    • 
      SDLC
      
      
    • 
      Experience in various compliance requirements including GxP, SOX, & Privacy and their applicability in the application integration area
      
      
      Preferred:
      
      • 
        
      • 
        A certification in MuleSoft
        
        
      • 
        webMethods integration server experience
        
        
      • 
        Apigee experience
        
        
      • 
        SAP PI/PO/CPI experience
        
        
      • 
        Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Bitbucket experience
        
        
        Other:
        
        • 
          
        • 
          Superb communication and collaboration skills
          
          
        • 
          Must be a phenomenal teammate and lead teams
          
          
        • 
          Up to 10% travel as needed
          
          
          "Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company." The anticipated base pay range for this position is 88,000 to 142,600.
