And we focus each day on trying to accomplish it.Responsibilities and SkillsWe have an immediate opportunity for the right candidate in our growing civil engineering practice in Oklahoma City, OK. This individual must have previous experience in the design of site development, land development or municipal infrastructure projects, and must be able to plan, develop, and direct engineering projects varying in size and complexity. The successful candidate must be able to earn the confidence of our clients through elegant, practical and timely engineering solutions. Additional qualities of the ideal candidate include:

• Proficient -technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and procedures
• Effective communication, leadership and client relationship -skills
• Willingness to accept increasing levels of responsibility, and demonstration of continued and progressive -technical and leadership experience
• Understanding and awareness of project budgets and profitability
