Currently, we are looking for a Staff System Test Engineer to oversee the technical, cost and schedule for the B-2 Displays Modernization (BDM) effort. The SIT&E Team is responsible for completing verification of system level hardware and software capabilities developed and integrated for a classified program. This position will be located in Oklahoma City, OK. A Laboratory System Test Engineer synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. The engineer develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for completing systems. This position may require occasional shift work and extended work week. Hours may have to shift from time to time as lab availability changes and flexibility in working hours is a must. Additionally, the nature of this position requires individuals to be comfortable working full time in a classified development environment; cell phones or personal electronic devices are prohibited within these areas. All work must be performed at the facility. No work-from-home arrangements are available.The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.Basic Qualifications--- Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline from an accredited university with 14 years of related experience; or a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of related experience; OR a PhD in a STEM discipline with 9 years of experience.--- Current active DOD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP). This SAP must be obtained within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.--- Experience in providing technical support to test programs (including aircraft OFP updates and laboratory instrumentation sets) from planning phase to post-test review and closeout phase--- Knowledgeable in Air Force life cycle sustainment processesPreferred Qualifications: --- Managing IPT level technical, cost, and schedule baselines--- Experience in flight data analysis including performance data--- At least 9 years of experience in test and evaluation--- Knowledgeable in IFC development processes--- Knowledgeable in Agile SW development methodology--- Experience in/with OKC System Test group--- Experience with flight test activities (including MCR support)--- Experience with iron bird testing and operation--- Experience as pilot (personal or work related)Salary Range: $127,700 USD - $191,500 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
