The Oklahoma City (OKC) Anti-Tamper Engineering Capability
Center (AT ECC) Product Security team is seeking an Senior
Anti-Tamper (AT) Product Security Engineer.
The AT ECC team is developing industry-leading software, hardware,
and systems solutions in the rapidly growing field of secure
computing. This position includes the opportunity to integrate new
computing architectures and key security and control features using
Boeing-designed computing hardware and other COTS and GOTS
The OKC AT ECC team is responsible for the security solutions
across the Aircraft Modernization and Modifications (AMM) Portfolio
in Oklahoma City. As a Senior Product Security AT Engineer, you
will have the opportunity to interface with program customers and
with government evaluation teams to define system/subsystem level
requirements and testing for a broad range of product

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with all
aspects of the anti-tamper lifecycle and includes the following
--- Develop, deliver and maintain AT plans and Program Protection
Implementation Plans (PPIPs)
--- Perform and deliver Critical Program Information (CPI)
analysis, as well as exportability strategy development and
--- Develop requirements definition, subsystem allocation and
--- Lead Trade Study analysis to improve security posture while
meeting program cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
--- Prepare whitepapers for submission and consideration; lead
technical discussions with USG
--- Assess program AT design and implementation plans in support of
verification and validation
--- Identify and present risk-informed technical countermeasures
for CPI and other critical components
--- Develop repeatable analysis and preparation of AT plans, and
provide to customers for near-term fielding decisions
--- Support the development of plans and estimates for task
execution; support project tracking and risk identification with
mitigation plans. Accountable to management for accomplishments,
issues, and concerns
--- Provide team leadership and support development and mentoring
of other AT engineers
--- Additionally, a working knowledge of USG AT technologies and
advanced next generation AT technical solutions is desired
Successful candidates will have a demonstrated history of strong
performance in electrical or computer engineering, or a related
field, operating through the full engineering lifecycle.
Candidates must possess a substantial understanding of system
design and development and must have experience working in an
integrated team environment with other systems, software, and
specialty engineers to develop solutions. Knowledge of avionics and
aircraft or vehicle computing systems is desirable.
The candidate should have an understanding of and possess
demonstrable skills and experience including:
- Experience designing and implementing Anti-Tamper (AT) and/or
Defense Exportability Features (DEF) solutions
- Highly motivated and exhibit strong written and verbal
communication, inter-personal, and problem solving skills, as well
as the ability to work independently and effectively with external
customers and subcontractors in a multi-site and multi-discipline
program and environment.
- Understanding of AT and exportability concerns, and how to apply
secure hardware/software methodologies
- Ability to engineer complex systems to ensure separation of
- Ability to factor and communicate confidentiality, integrity and
availability considerations in all phases of system development
- The ability to understand and decompose requirements to support
implementation, verification and validation testing of software and
- The ability to generate detailed, repeatable, and automated test
procedures. The ability to extract data to support analysis
- The ability to generate procedures that test functionality and
- The ability to apply Agile and Lean Product Development
principles as well as training others through a DevOps type
environment. Background should include all aspects of the system
development life cycle.
- Experience with Git, JIRA, Confluence and other open source
development and collaboration tools.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security
Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the
past 24 months is considered active.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- DOD 8570 IAT - Level III (CISSP or equivalent) certification is
- Current Top Secret Clearance is preferred.
- Experience in working in a special access environment is
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical
education from an accredited course of study in engineering,
computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor)
and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an
equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.
PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work
experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred,
although not required, accreditation standard.
