Specialist (Outbound) Location: 100% Onsite Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends) Pay Rate: $16/hour Job
Summary: We are seeking a confident and professional Call Center
Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is fully
onsite and focused on making outbound calls to existing employees.
The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of calls,
communicating clearly, and documenting information accurately.
Responsibilities: Make multiple outbound calls daily to existing
employees Communicate information clearly and professionally Answer
questions and provide guidance as needed Accurately document call
details and outcomes in internal systems Follow established
scripts, policies, and procedures Escalate issues or questions to
the appropriate department when necessary Qualifications: Prior
call center, customer service, or administrative experience
preferred Comfortable making frequent outbound calls Strong verbal
communication and listening skills Basic computer skills and
accurate data entry Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite
