About The Job In the Customer Enrollment Associate role, you are responsible for: Guiding customers through the enrollment process from start to finish Communicating with customers on client services and products to initiate sales and complete order requests Working with fellow Customer Enrollment Associate and other sales team members in delivering solutions to specific Oklahoma areas Partner with the upper management in assisting with sales, customer service, and territory tracking Staying current and monitoring industry trends to create new customer service strategies
