Job Description:
Overview: This senior level position is responsible for the
financial and operational performance of the In-Park Services
Departments, comprised of Culinary Services, Retail& Rentals,
Purchasing & Warehouse and working Lessee Company for Games, while
providing the strategic and operational direction necessary to
exceed goals established by the IPS Division. Responsibilities:

udgeting and ma i ntenance of department operat i ng e xp enses ,
la bor , re v enue and cost o f sa l es to in c l ude accurate
month l y fi nancia l forecast i ng . M ainta i n guest sat i
sfaction l e v e l s as re l ates to park c l eanl i ness , team
member guest serv i ce , and e ffi c ient operat i ons o f e v e ry
re v enue l ocat i on . Ensure Staff i ng & Tra i ning plans pro v

throughout the park & Corporate management team to ensure the

Managment. Qualifications: M i nimum o f s i x (6) y ears o f
progressi ve e xp er i ence i n theme park management w i th a
strong background in re ve nue related d i scip l ines . B ache l
or ' s degree i n B usiness Adm i nistration or re l ated fie l d .
D emonstrated leadership i n dr i v i ng change re l ati v e to the
guest and team member e x perience . Strong anal yt i ca l sk i lls
to mon i tor and ana l y ze market trends and i nterna l
performance trends . M ust be able to demonstrate e xc ellent w
