What We Offer Weekly pay: $20.00 per hour DOE Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Weekends off Overtime available Job Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on manufacturing and facility equipment, including mixers, blenders, tablet presses, encapsulation machines, packaging lines, HVAC systems, and utilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize production downtime Ensure all work complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and OSHA safety regulations Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns and utility issues Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational and compliance goals Prepare for and support internal and external audits by regulatory bodies Maintain inventory of spare parts and keep work areas clean and organized Shift Information Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday Exposure to machinery, noise, and production materials in a regulated facility Qualifications / Requirements Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a nutraceutical, food, supplement, or other regulated manufacturing environment. GED or High School Diploma Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs, or drainage issues Electrical wiring skills to manage building electrical systems Carpentry skills for basic building repairs Groundskeeping skills if outdoor areas require maintenance Strong interpersonal skills Attention to detail Physical stamina to remain active throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods. Work in temperature-controlled production and utility areas. Apply Today!
