Job Description:
Job Description Monterey works with the Department of Veteran
Affairs to contract with physicians to perform Compensation and
Pension exams for local veterans nationwide. Exams have been
outsourced by the VA to help connect veterans with local providers
within their communities and receive quicker access to benefits and
compensation. Work directly with one of our business partner's
scheduling team to schedule appointments for veterans. Appointments
are typically scheduled no later than 7 days from claimant
notification. Providers may schedule individual appointments or
provide block scheduling. Day and time availability is determined
by provider's schedule. Veterans report to provider's
practice/office to receive exams. Exams require no treatment or
follow-up and are reimbursed directly to providers. Compensation is
based on number of DBQs or claims and is paid per exam. *Recruiter
will provide full fee schedule upon request.
