Office Assistant
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: 6 months With possible contract to hire
Description:
Non-Negotiable Skills:
Must have computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office,
and specifically Excel Spreadsheets and a general familiarity with
searching data bases.
Any prior experience with land real estate descriptions would be
beneficial.
Job Description
Job will consist of opening orders for real estate transactions
using proprietary software.
Strong communication skills and organizational skills are a must as
position requires detailed tracking of files and contacting
customers to gather information on transactions.
Employee may also be asked to perform other clerical office duties
as needed.
Job Summary:
Handle incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting
clients and visitors to provide administrative/clerical support for
the office.

Greet clients and visitors as needed.
Update and maintain documents.
Help organize and maintain office common areas.
Perform general office duties as assigned.
Maintain office supply inventory.
Maintain office equipment as needed.
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases as needed.
