Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant manages and directs the daily
activities of the operations department in accordance with
organization policies and standards.
This position assists in all administrative and accounting aspects
necessary for the efficient operation and management of a portfolio
of properties including tenant/vendor relations, lease
administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial
reporting and team support. The Administrative Assistant position
is accountable for reporting to the VP of the company, including
the timely production of accurate and meticulous record keeping.
Periodic assignments will include other projects as may be assigned
by senior management.
Our ideal candidate will have direct experience overseeing a
variety of professional environments including retail, restaurant,
and office spaces. This candidate will feel extremely comfortable
working in a high-touch, relationship-focused role and will excel
in providing exceptional customer service.
