Here you'll find support to develop, united in a clear and common purpose with a diverse team.The Oklahoma City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is looking for a proactive, professional, and collaborative administrative assistant to complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events while maintaining a balance among multiple priorities to support the Branch and public outreach activities. The Oklahoma City office is one of three Branches of the Kansas City Fed and is responsible for connecting with stakeholders across the state of Oklahoma.As a member of the Oklahoma City Branch Public Affairs team, you will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong communication and organizational skills. You---ll work well in a team environment, while being responsible for delivering high-quality results that contribute to the broader mission of the organization. You will work closely and effectively with staff to stay well-informed of upcoming commitments and provide appropriate support, anticipate needs, and suggest possible solutions and enhancements. You will demonstrate discretion in confidential matters. What You---ll Do:

Provide support to local outreach staff, including managing travel arrangements, reimbursements, ordering supplies, purchasing card expenditures, and monthly reconciliations. Work closely with public outreach team to support projects, events and meetings including scheduling resources, communicating with attendees, arranging logistics and catering, creating collateral materials, providing assistance during meetings, and completing required documentation. Manage departmental outreach and engagement contacts through a customer relationship management system, ensuring data accuracy and creating mailings and campaigns to communicate about resources and programs. Serve as an internal and external point of contact at the Branch. Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence. Apply expertise to help coordinate broader branch facilities support. Serve as a resource for proofreading documents for proper Bank style, grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting, and recommending appropriate improvements to written communications. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, adhering to record retention guidelines. Identify and implement support process improvements. What You Bring:
At least one year or more of relevant work experience. High school diploma or GED. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, various internet applications, and email applications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with external and internal contacts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and organization skills. High standards of confidentiality due to possible access to sensitive information. Incumbent must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless the Bank grants an accommodation based on a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief. Preferred Qualifications:----
General understanding of the Federal Reserve and its role.-- Demonstrated experience updating and maintaining customer relationship management systems and databases.-- Basic project management and analytical skills.
