Job Description:

The Benefits Coordinator Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Benefits Coordinator teams and leadership with various clerical tasks.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assigns clients to Benefits Coordinators timely and accurately
  • Manages Benefit Assigning e-mail inbox by filtering order and questions to Benefits Coordinators and various HCM teams
  • Maintains and updates tracking spreadsheets
  • Produces reports as needed
  • Assists teams with project delegations
  • Reports metrics for TV display in the department
  • Maintains inventory of all supplies for the department
  • Performs other duties as assignedEducation/Certification:
    • High School diploma requiredExperience:
      • 1 year of customer service, administrative/clerical experience or related
      • Professional communication through phone, email, and in person.
      • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
        Skills/Abilities:
        • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects.
        • Must be detail oriented and have a record of low error levels.
        • Demonstrated proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft office suite
        • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work various department functions.
        • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
        • Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
