As a Senior Intercompany Accountant, you'll have the opportunity to work cross functionally with the entire CFO Organization including Finance, GL Accounting, Operations, Treasury, and Legal. -Our ideal candidate should be ambitious, outgoing, and interested in learning about TTEC as a company. The position offers an enormous amount of exposure to all financial areas of the TTEC organization and is great opportunity to develop professional skills.You'll report to Senior Supervisor, Revenue Assurance. You will contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.During a Typical Day, You'll

• Responsible for all phases of the revenue assurance processes for a portfolio of accounts with minimal assistance
• Validate Intercompany Accounting balances and research variances
• Complete complex contract reviews and recognize revenue according to (ASC 606)
• Preparation of journal entries and complex schedules for month end close process
• Analyze current month revenue and trends of your account portfolio
• Spearhead process improvement initiatives to simplify processes
• Maintain process documentation and compliance with those processes -What You Bring to the Role
  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 3 years relevant experience with accounting, complex billing, or financial analysis preferred
  • Experience with telecommunications and call center operations preferred
  • Financial background and is detail oriented/organized
  • Advanced Microsoft excel experienced required
  • Oracle Business Suite experience highly preferred
  • Very strong analytical abilities and English written and oral communications skills needed. -Communication required up to VP levelWhat You Can Expect
