Fair Lending/Compliance Auditor Oklahoma City, OK Onsite

Avenue, Oklahoma City 73102 Full Time ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be

Conduct assurance reviews of the Fair Lending and CRA first and
second line functions to assess operating effectiveness in design
and operation. Perform loan compliance reviews to assess the bank
locations and business units' compliance with applicable lending
laws, regulations, and rules, as well as with relevant policies,
procedures, and operating controls. Ensure the reviews are
completed and documented satisfactorily to support findings; review
and/or prepare reports to ensure clear and concise information
regarding the review process and findings. Maintain a strong
working knowledge of loan-related regulatory compliance laws,
regulations, and regulatory guidance. Assist with other job related
duties and special projects as assigned Please note this job

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 5+
years of financial institutional compliance experience, including
specific experience in Fair Lending Proficient in Microsoft Office
and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software
applications Analytical skills necessary to gather, review, and
assess data, develop and support conclusions, and make practical
recommendations Work well under stress and deadlines while managing
multiple tasks Outstanding listening and communication skills, both
written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to
interact with all levels of the organization Ability to self-direct
Occasional travel required PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge of bank lending operations and familiarity with
loan documentation Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
designation preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of
computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand
to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see
or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist,
walking, kneeling or crouching Ability to sit and/or stand for long
periods of time during the workday Long periods of typing and
repetitive motion Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10
