Job Description
Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement,
and support Oracle's global infrastructure.
As a Solution Architect you will provide venue expertise during
client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to
achieve defined benefits. You will be responsible for guiding
clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes,
enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. You will act as a
primary consultant for the client's solution troubleshooting,
consultation and knowledge transfer while also cultivating and
sustaining relationships with clients to provide appropriate
escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement support.
As a member of this team, you will resolve escalated problems and
issues using solution knowledge and expertise. This will include
resolving complex client concerns raised during installation,
operation, maintenance or solution application, performing test
script execution, and creating and participating in integrated
testing.
Basic Qualifications
At least 8 years total combined related work experience and
completed higher education, including:
At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT)
consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information
technology (IT) solution work experience
At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the
duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
At least 2 years supporting Kronos Dimensions
(Kronos) Time & Attendance/Advanced Scheduling, Infor ERP finance,
payroll and HCM, reporting and integration.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years of software implementation work experience
At least 5 years of Infor Lawson application work experience
Expectations
Must be willing to travel up to 20%
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed
by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security
policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding
corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent
and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Responsibilities
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy
applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those
applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and
coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs
against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor
future applications releases. Train users on features of
applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work
group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data
Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever
necessary.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific
to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $30.43 to $60.91 per hour; from $63,300
to $126,700 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $28.75 to $54.81 per hour; from $59,800 to
$114,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $28.75 to $57.88 per hour; from
$59,800 to $120,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $32.12 to $57.88 per hour; from $66,800
to $120,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to
account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market
conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products,
industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the
preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible

three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years
of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working
between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20
hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire.
Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each
year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
