Summary: The main responsibility of this position is analyzing revenue and gathering contracts for proper invoicing to customers. This also includes analysis of various aspects related to midstream revenue and accounting related transactions. Job Duties and Responsibilities:Work with customers to answer invoice questions and resolve any discrepanciesWork with customers to resolve and collect any aged accounts receivable balancesUse volumes and contractual rates to create uploads directly into Accounting Software (SAP)Provide proper documentation for revenue voucher submitted for reviewEnsure all revenue voucher related back-up is scanned and saved in proper locationsMeet all revenue distribution deadlinesAssist other members of the Revenue Group as neededPerform various ad hoc projects as assignedCommunicate with other departments within the company to resolve outstanding itemsCreate monthly invoicing as neededPrepare monthly account reconciliations as needed Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (BBA or BS) in AccountingDemonstrated experience in MS Excel, including skills creating and configuring VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Sum IF formulasFamiliar with revenue accounting, production, and general accounting principlesPreferred Qualifications:At least one (1+) years of accounting experience preferredExperience working within the PRA module of SAPExamples of suggested and implemented process improvements to increase efficiencyBe flexible regarding daily work assignments and prioritiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail with ability to quickly pick up on new concepts Relocation:This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
