Job Description:

Special Programs/Subordinations Clerk duties include assisting Loan Servicing Specialists with validating documentation for all loan servicing requests with regards to all FHA loan programs, to include subordinations, releases, etc. The position requires the specialist to review system notes, third-party authorizations, notes, mortgages, etc., in HUD's system of record for FHA-insured loans in order to ensure recorded mortgages are released timely and accurately while protecting HUD's interest.
