PRIMARY PURPOSE : To assure quality of services provided to clients
by performing quality reviews of premium audits of all levels of
complexity to assure compliance with state and regulatory agency
rules. Also, to work with Clients, Auditors and other Reviewers to
resolve all client disputes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and
RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews premium audits for all states and policy
types for accuracy, consistency, compliance with state and other
governing agency rules, and client agreements, for all states and
policy types Work with client to resolve audit disputes, and
monitor client disputes to assure timely resolution Work in
partnership with internal and external customers to ensure all
client books are accurate and consistent with client requirements
and contracts Compile audit results and submit to Manager for
review. Compile audit results for client reporting Identify trends
and areas of opportunity for increased service efficiency and
quality Endeavor to learn new skills that support the business
organization. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Provides
training to other Team Members Assists other Team Members as needed
to support the overall performance of the Team. Performs other
duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education High School diploma or
GED required. Some college or advanced training preferred
Experience 2 years (minimum) Premium Audit experience. Skills &
Knowledge Working knowledge PAAS and NCCI PC literate, including
Microsoft Office products (Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Working knowledge of Excel Oral and written communication skills
Listen effectively and express opinions and concerns confidently
and professionally Ability to adapt to new ideas or changing
procedures Analytical and interpretive skills Strong organizational
skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT
Remote Work from home. Must have a space available that is
conducive to work and where calls can be accepted or made without
major interruption. Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability;
excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and
discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to
handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet
deadlines Physical: Repetitive computer keyboarding/mouse use Some
travel may be needed Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking
