Job Description:
The role of the Program Director Treasury is to ensure smooth
operations related to the funds of the organization. This includes
planning for and managing operating funds, investments, and debt.
The treasurer reduces cost, increases return, and manages risk in
management of these three areas. Provide for the organizations cash
needs through banking, investing and debt related to needs for
reserves, spending, and collections.The Program Director Treasury
leads the treasury operations for the organization. Working in
close partnership with financial management teams, s/he directs
comprehensive treasury services and supports system cash management
and cash flow analyses in order to ensure a high degree of
accountability, transparency, and collaboration. The Administrative
Director manages overall treasury processes to better align
treasury operations and cash management with organizational goals
and objectives. S/he supports financial leadership in the
integration of cash forecasts, debt service, capital plans, and
financial modeling. The Administrative Director assumes the primary
role in the organization adoption of professional, best-practice
treasury services to facilitate agile planning and to understand
corporate liquidity valuation. INTEGRIS is an Equal

- Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) or Certified Treasury
Professional (CTP)
- Previous banking acumen through direct or relational experience
- Master Degree preferred
- 5 years of management experience
- 5 years of experience in treasury services, cash management,
capital markets or corporate finance
- Strong systems, analysis, communications, and presentation
skills
- Healthcare experience preferred
- This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned
vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must
have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving
record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier
The Program Director Treasury responsibilities include, but are not
limited to, the following:
- Directs treasury operations to maintain corporate liquidity
required for current and future obligations including the
development of and compliance with related policies. Manages the
gap between best practices and organizational status and vision.
- Collaborates with Administrative Director of Financial
Reporting on the corporate accounting and safeguarding of cash
balances through adept processes and related controls.
- Administers the System accounts payable department as advisor
and partner to Director and team to yield enhanced cash management
practices and accountability along with superior customer service.
- Works in concert with Administrative Director of System
Business Office, has dual reporting authority over Cash Management
Director and team for collection of accounts receivables.
- Maintains effective communication with senior leadership and
key stakeholders to facilitate understanding and edification of
treasury operations and the relationship to business development.*
Builds cost effective and productive relationships with financial
advisory, banking and investment entities. * Maximizes banking
services through assessment, automation and streamlining of
services.
- Manages banking product spend through product placement,
improved utilization and effective pricing.
- Facilitates the flow of information between banking partners
and related internal areas.
- Ensures clear definitions and parameter for banking
authorizations across the system with pronounced emphasis on
developments within online banking. Administers banking access
including the initiation and approval of banking transactions
through precise role clarity.
- Optimizes cash positioning through short-term cash flow
projections and long-term forecasting; and by analyzing the impact
of operations and planning on system liquidity.
- Monitors debt compliance and related reporting.
- Participates in financial control oversight and analysis as
requested.
- Provides training to operational leaders on treasury operations
and industry developments.
- Leads process improvement projects as initiated and requested.
- Develops and coaches direct and indirect reports to maintain an
engaged and productive workforce and to ensure succession planning
and the advancement of future leaders.Partners with Human Resources
on employee matters.Reports to assigned leader Recognized as the
subject matter expert on treasury, banking, and cash management
functions.Works in concert with financial leaders in financial
reporting, corporate accounting/finance, accounts payable,
reimbursement, supply chain, and revenue cycle/system business
office.This position may have additional or varied physical demand
